Hi, am Ronda Austin a licensed Aesthetician and Massage Therapist, located in Cincinnati Ohio. I offer results driven acne treatments and custom natural lash services. Services* PRIOR to any skin care or eyelash services you must have a NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION. *Policies* Although we love company, please refrain from bringing extra people. Absolutely no children unless being serviced. *Scheduling* No shows and late cancellation’s result in forfeit of deposit. No shows will be charged 100% of service fee. Same day cancellation fee 100% of service. Late cancellations will result in 50% of service fee. Retainers are non refundable but, can be transferred once. Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We respectfully ask you to make any necessary adjustments to your schedule within 48hrs of appointment. Retainers are non-refundable but, can be transferred once upon notice to service provider. Cancellations, or no shows will result in a 100% forfeit service fee. Please note this applies to the provider as well, we agree to show up for all services.
